BACKGROUND

I have been drawing a long time. My educational experience in CG started in high school with Truespace 3D and a great instructor named Jim Hall. I went on to train in traditional drawing and sculpture before deciding 3D art was my career path.

SKILLS

In my professional capacity, I take characters through a game production pipeline. Modeling, creating texture maps, weighting to rig, and final shader creation. I have experience in Mental Ray as well as different game engines.

INTERESTS

Sculpture has been my passion since I built my first armature. The advent of 3D sculpting coincided with graduating from VFS. I spent an intensive year digging into Mental Ray to get the best renders I could out of my sculptures.
